  • Half-Yearly Membership: ₹7,500 (save ₹1,500)
  • Annual Membership: ₹13,500 (save ₹4,500)
  • Student Discount: 15% off with valid student ID
  • Couple/Family Plans: Special rates available

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes, we understand that life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year for medical reasons or travel. A nominal fee of ₹200 per month applies during the freeze period. You must provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to freeze your membership.

Pricing Questions

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see is what you pay. However, please note:
  • There's a one-time registration fee of ₹500 for all new members
  • If you choose to pay monthly, we require bank auto-debit or standing instruction
  • Lost access cards can be replaced for ₹200
  • Late payment may incur a ₹100 penalty fee
  • Early termination of annual contracts may have a cancellation fee (varies by situation)
All fees are clearly explained before you sign up, and there are no surprise charges.

What are your operating hours?

Our regular operating hours are:
  • Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed for maintenance and staff training
  • Public Holidays: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (please call ahead to confirm)
The last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.

What should I bring for my first visit?

  • A water bottle (we have water dispensers)
  • A lock for the locker (or you can purchase one at the front desk)
